A tonifying, stimulating, warming and purifying essential oil with a warm and herbaceous aroma.

Sage essential oil is a tonifying oil, it cleanses the air and is very supportive in times of illness by supporting healthy respiration and lymphatic system.

It also helps clear negativity and process emotions including anger and grief (think of sage sticks and smudging). It is especially useful during times of change.

Sage essential also soothes aching muscles and joints especially when used with massage, and helps with premenstrual tension.

In skincare, sage essential oil is antibacterial and helps with healthy blood flow in the skin and the elimination of toxins, therefore it makes an excellent ingredient for cleansers and toners.
