We offer FREE Royal Mail 2nd class shipping on all orders over £15.

For orders under £15, there is a £4.50 Royal Mail 2nd class postage charge.

You can also choose £6.95 for a tracked next-day courier service*.

If your order is £30 or more, we will upgrade your delivery to a FREE tracked next-day courier service*.

FOR TRADE AND WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

Trade and wholesale orders for mainland UK receive free tracked courier shipping on orders over £60 (£50+vat). The minimum order for offshore orders is £120 (£100+vat), for free tracked courier shipping.

Same Day Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day. We aim to process and dispatch all orders we receive within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

During busy periods such as bank holidays and the festive period, please allow more time for orders to get delivered as the Royal Mail and courier companies can take a few days longer.

Delivery times

Please note Royal Mail 2nd class takes 3-5 days to deliver but on some occasions, it can take longer as it is not a guaranteed service.

*Our couriers deliver Monday – Friday. DHL will send your tracking information to your email and/or mobile number you used when you check out.

Please allow for an extra day for deliveries, as there may be delays outside of our control.
