Returns Policy

How do I return an item?

If you change your mind and want to return a product that you have purchased from our website, we kindly ask that you contact us in order to gain a return authorisation number. You can contact us via our Contact Us page or email info@amournatural.co.uk. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to do this, and your item(s) must be unopened and in perfect condition. Once we have received the product back we will check it and make sure it is fit for resale before refunding your account. In this scenario we will not reimburse the postage cost of returning the product.

If in the unlikely scenario you receive a damaged or faulty product, we again ask that you contact us in order to gain a return authorisation number. Please post back via 2nd class royal mail, not signed for, unless otherwise instructed. Once we’ve received the product back, we will reimburse you for the applicable delivery charges and cost of the product.

If you wish to return a product that have bought from one of our stockists, please return the item to the stockist as they will have their own refund policy.
