Lemon myrtle essential oil is a highly effective antibacterial, antiseptic and disinfectant, and is an active ingredient in many household cleaning recipes.

In skincare, lemon myrtle is a cleansing essential oil, and is safe for skin that may be prone to oily breakouts.

It is similar to tea tree in many ways, although much stronger so do not use neat on the skin.

Lemon myrtle is steam distilled from the leaves of the lemon myrtle plant.

100% pure lemon myrtle essential oil – nothing else is added.

Blend 1-3 drops and add to a bath.

Mix 5-10 drops with water to use in an oil burner.

Mix 1-3 drops with hot water as an inhalation.

Patch test before use on the skin.

Lemon myrtle essential oil blends well with eucalyptus, tea tree and sandalwood.

For use on the skin, dilute up to a max of 0.7%. Moderate risk of skin sensitivity, avoid use on hypersensitive or damaged skin.

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Not recommended for children.
