When used in massage it can relieve aching joints after a busy day.
It is also calming and reviving and helps supports a healthy digestive system.
When used in skincare, cinnamon must be carefully diluted.

Amour Natural’s cinnamon essential oil is steam distilled from the leaves of the cinnamon tree. The cinnamon leaf yields a more pleasing and delicate aroma than the bark.
100% pure cinnamon essential oil – nothing else is added.
Mix 5 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
Mix 1-5 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
Mix 1-2 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage.
Patch test before use.
Cinnamon essential oil blends well with bergamot, clove, frankincense, ginger, grapefruit, lavender, lemon, sweet orange, rosemary, tea tree and pine.
For use on skin, apply a maximum 0.6% dilution.
Avoid use in the bath.
Safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, when used within the guidelines.
Not recommended for children.
