Grapefruit and bergamot FCF are cold pressed from the peel. Lime, juniperberry and geranium are steam distilled.

100% pure grapefruit, bergamot FCF, lime, juniperberry and geranium essential oils.

Nothing else is added.

Inhale straight from the bottle, add to an oil burner or electric diffuser or make a steam inhalation.

Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage or bath.

Mix 5 drops with water to use in a diffuser or burner
