To help you rest and unwind, try diffusing some of these beautiful aromas:
- Ylang ylang
- Sleep Ease
You could also try adding an aromatherapy bath oil. Make your own at 2-5% dilution or try our Sleep Ease Body and Bath oil.
Of course, ‘self-care’ isnt always about essential oils and aromatherapy baths. Sometimes self-care is about getting stuff done, finishing projects, tidying up, going for a run, visiting family and the million other things that can enhance our lives.
Listen to your body to see whether you need to be in stop and rest or get stuff done. If you’re unsure (like I often am), choose one option for a short time and see how you feel. You’ll soon know 🙂
