Nutmeg essential oil is a warming and restorative oil that supports healthy circulation, muscles and joints, a healthy digestion system and nervous system.

It is also used for motivation and strength as well as to soothe anxiety and aid sleep. It is mildly analgesic, as well as a detoxifying and digestive tonic.

Nutmeg essential oil can be used as an ingredient for a hair treatment, and is beneficial for the scalp.

Nutmeg essential oil is steam distilled from the kernel of the seeds.

100% pure nutmeg essential oil – nothing else is added.

Blend 1-2 drops and add to a bath.

Mix 1-3 drops with water to use in an oil burner.

Mix 1-3 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
