Myrrh is a relaxing and fortifying oil, used for spiritual connection during meditation and religious and spiritual ceremonies.

Myrrh is relatively viscous (thick). Remove the internal dropper before use. If the oil doesn’t easily pour, warm the bottle up either in a warm room or place the sealed bottle in a bowl of very hot water.
Amour Natural’s myrrh resin is wild harvested from the myrrh tree, and then steam distilled (other sources of myrhh may be solvent extracted so check the label).

Blend 5-10 drops and add to a bath.
Mix 5-10 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
