Aromatherapy for anxiety relief

April is Stress Awareness month.
And one of the questions that came up in the Instagram Live I did last Monday was:
“what oils are good for anxiety relief?”
I LOVE using aromatherapy for anxiety and emotional issues, it is an incredibly effective and easy therapy.
For soothing and calming aromas, I recommend:
- Roman chamomile
I also recommend neroli for negative emotions such as panic, grief, shock and stress.
Bergamot is a wonderfully supportive oil and often used to cope with feelings of sadness and depression.
And may chang helps reduce stress without making you sleepy so it’s great for work and / or studying.
