How do I return an item?
Should you wish to return a product that you have purchased from us as you have changed your mind we kindly ask that you contact us in order to gain a return authorisation number. You have 30 days from the point of purchase to do this, the buyer pays for the return postage. You may contact us by logging in to your account and clicking on 'contact us'. Once we have received the product back we will check it and make sure it is fit for resale before refunding your account. In this scenario we will not reimburse the cost of returning the product.
If in the unlikely scenario you receive your product and it is damaged or faulty we again ask that you contact us in order to gain a return authorisation number. In the event of a damaged or faulty product we will reimburse you for the applicable delivery charges and cost of the product.
